GHANA 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP AND CHURCH MULTIPLICATION TRAINING
Praise God , on a Tuesday Brother DeGraft reported the following:
1st November to 4th November, 2023.
Acts 17:6
“But when they did not find them, they dragged Jason and some brethren to the rulers of the city, crying out, “These who have turned the world upside down have come here too”.
The Accra team made up of Paul Ntem, Edward Boakye and Eric DeGraft -Otoo was led by Chief Trainer Solomon Mireku to Dunkwa-On-Offin in the Central Region for training.
Participants were made of Preachers, Leaders, Women Leaders (congregations) and Members. These were drawn from both Denkyira East and West Districts. The total number of participants was 300 (both men and women).
The training was integrated into their annual program for the 2 districts so training was in 3 sessions (Morning, afternoon and evening) from 7am to 9pm daily.
As usual training started with an Exposition on Matt 28:18-20 by Eric. Trainees showed great interest and enthusiasm right from there on. This was followed by God's Big Vision-Global by Paul. Trainees participated very actively which was very encouraging. This first day training was only in the evening because it was their day of reporting.
Subsequently, training started with devotion in the mornings where they were taught how to Gather (Mutual time, Loving Accountability, Worship and Cast Vision). Trainees after Brutal Facts were sad because, they realized they were not doing the work of God as expected of them at all. The nature of the schedules gave trainers the space to get trainees to practice in good numbers which was interesting and good because once again trainees showed great understanding of the concepts and were wonderful in their practices. Their take aways were Jesus'Story, My Story, Baptism Hammer, 4-1-1, Relational Map, Person/House of Peace, Finding your Timothy, MAWL, Matt 28. There were 12 Preachers from 16 congregations, their leaders and members who participated in the training. At the close of training both preachers and members pladge to put to use these tools. Further more they intend to invite the team again for the remaining districts and to show to the team how they are working with the tools.
Thank God for all who are involved and the continuous expansion of the kingdom through the collective efforts of the 4 Fields Discipleship Training across the world.
