CLIMAX OF THE GHANA 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP TRAINING AND EVANGELISM WITH DOC TURK AND HIS GHANA TOGO MISSION TEAM FROM TEXAS, USA IN TOGO

Amen. Charles Odoi has reported the following.

1,576 Baptized and 42 new congregations established from February 07 to 17, 2022 by the grace of God.

Go means Go in all languages, whether Swahili, French, Asante, Ga, Ewe or Spanish. You cannot claim to be obedient to Jesus Christ and fail to “… go and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey all that I have taught you …” (Matthew 28:19-20).

This commandment of the Master is what has kept the American Team always traveling to Africa amidst all the risks, to work with brethren here in Ghana and Togo. In February, the team mostly visits and encourage the new congregations as was the practice of Paul (Acts 14:21-22).

The plan this February, was to try and get a congregation at Dapaong, the furthest north of Togo, where many had tried and failed. God has been gracious enough to give us 12 new congregations with 291 new souls added to the kingdom in Dapaong.

Our visit and work at the areas we are already working produced:

Tchamba area - 5 new congregations

Manémakou area - 10 new congregations

Guerin Kouka area - 15 new congregations.

We are very hopeful that our partnerships with the Gospel Share Missions and World Bible Institute is going to see the new believers trained in the 4 Fields Discipleship and those desiring to preach, admitted to the Bible College to help their local congregations. Since I’m also with the World Bible School, it would be a great idea to introduce the French World Bible School lessons for enrollment to those interested. Seeing ourselves as not being in competition, but complementing one another is a big boost for the Lord’s work.

Keep praying for those of us who would be traveling constantly to train these new believers to grow into disciples who make other disciples for the Lord. This has been our secret of sustainability.

Also, as you pray for these new born babies in the Lord, don’t forget to pray for the American Team who are on their way home today for traveling mercies.
