NIGERIA 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP MULTIPLICATION TRAINING TEAMS REPORT

Presented is the report of our work in the northern part of Nigeria. In continuation of our quest to train disciples who will make disciples that multiply, David Akpata, Ayobami Sanniolu and myself were in the auditorium of the Church of Christ, Yelwa, Bauchi State, which is one of the States in Northeast Geopolitical zone of Nigeria. We did the 4 Fields Discipleship Multiplication Training from the 17th -19th May 2023.

The Exposition of Matt 28:18-20 exposed the members to a relatively new concept of true discipleship and a better understanding of the passage. While the brutal fact humbled them, having realised the number of lostness in the state.

In all, it was a fruitful exercise as we were able to train 30 members of the congregation from an average of 45 weekly attendance. God blessed our efforts as two souls were baptized, namely Bro John Akpala and Sis. Samuel Sarah.

The brethren promised to continue the good work, worthy of note is some students of the Tafewa Balewa University that joined the training and are willing and ready to use the tools among their fellow students. The fire has been ignited. May it spread as the Lord wills in Jesus' name. Amen.
