GHANA 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP AND CHURCH MULTIPLICATION TRAINING TEAMS' REPORT

Brother DeGraft had reported the following:

A team from Accra led by the indifaticable Dr. George Akpabli with Solomon and Eric to Cotonou, Benin to strengthen the trainers there and to sharpen their skills in training. Trainers went through practice, while the team observed and made the necessary corrections and added to new ways (slides) of effective presentation of the tools. Great emphasis was laid on Home Bible Discovery (Sword Method), and Generational Map. Trainers also went through God's Big Vision - Local (Brutal Facts). There was polishing of other tools such as Jesus'Story in 3 Circles, Relational Map, 4-1-1 and 3Gs (which was practiced by all trainers). Trainers in Benin were refreshed by the visit and the training and practice sessions. At the end of the session, most were happy to identify some short comings in their understanding and use of the tools. They very much recapitulated for the work in Benin though they conceeded the work is enormous. Some brethren from Togo joined the training when they heard of it though they were not specifically invited. One of the high point of the training was Iron on Iron which was demonstrated and practiced by participants. They also agreed to meet as a team from time to time to practice not only the tools but particularly Iron on Iron to enable them pluck lope holes in their work and to improve progressively.

Thank God for all who are involved and the continuous expansion of the Kingdom through the collective effort of the 4 Fields Discipleship Multiplication across the globe .
