GHANA GOSPEL CHARIOT AND THE 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP MULTIPLICATION TRAINING REPORT

Praise God , Brother Charles had reported the following:

”After they had proclaimed the good news to that city and had made many disciples, they returned to Lystra, then on to Iconium and Antioch”* (Acts 14:21, NRSV).

The Gospel Chariot Team started the year with a campaign at Konongo. We then continued to the Bono and Ahafo Regions of Ghana, where we worked together with the 4 Fields Discipleship Team. We joined them to Train the leaders of the churches in the day and launched out with our campaign in the night.

While they were at the Hwediem area from January 15 to 21, we worked together with them and preached in the night at Hwediem, Apromade and Oseikrom. We preached to a total of about 300 in those communities and baptized 4 people by God’s grace. Their Timothys (Emmanuel Hooper and Ebenezer Anane) who come from the area were with us and very instrumental in our work.

We then proceeded to Dadiesoaba and Twabidi. We saw the old and new congregations of Dadiesoaba working together beautifully because of our involvement. They organized a beautiful campaign and about 700 people gathered to listen to the gospel of Jesus Christ. At Twabidi the church was almost dead, leaving only 8 members. After the campaign, where we preached to about 80 people, many brethren who had fallen were restored and we had 40 people in attendance on Sunday, including visitors. Some of the visitors promised to get baptized next week after they had understood the message better.
