GHANA GOSPEL CHARIOT MISSIONS AND THE 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP AND CHURCH MULTIPLICATION TRAINING QUARTER REPORT

Brother Charles had reported the following:

*”You know that I have not hesitated to preach anything that would be helpful to you but have taught you publicly and from house to house. I have declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God in repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus.”* (Acts‬ ‭20‬:‭20‬-‭21‬, NIV‬‬).

The 4 Fields Discipleship Multiplication team left Accra on Wednesday, July 31 to August 03, 2024 to Gomoa Mensahkrom in the Central Region of Ghana. The team comprised of 2 Trainers - Eric and Lawrence from Accra, and 2 Timothys - Edward Boakye (Accra) and Ebo Wilson (Gomoa Tarkwa). The team worked together with the Ghana Gospel Chariot team in Training, Gospel Campaign and House-to-House preaching among others.

The first phaseof the mission work, which is the 4 Fields Discipleship Multiplication training at Agona Mensahkrom has been successfully completed and the Gospel Share Missions team have safely arrived in Accra by God’s grace.

1. We undertook a 3-Day Discipleship and Church Multiplication Training with about 26 participants from 12 congregations who fully participated. Members were taken through how to enter an empty field with the strategic tools for spreading the good news( ie. knowing your person/house of peace, relational map which is also termed as the gospel virus to be able to share your personal story of how you were saved from darkness to light, making others know the Jesus story in 3 Circles; and finally the use of the baptism hammer). Further information on how to teach disciples to gather, grow and to obey the command of Jesus Christ were given. We were told to have MUTUAL TIME (pray and share our experiences - Happy, Excited, Tender, Scared, Sad & Angry moments) with ourselves in order to GROW our faith in Christ. This would enable us to practically tell our story well to others.

2. ⁠An evening public preaching was done at both Agona Mensakrom and Jacobu.

3. ⁠Gospel tracts were shared to the communities involved in a House-to-House evangelism effort.

4. ⁠A donation of Clothing and footwear were presented to members at Agona Mensakrom

OBSERVATIONS

1. The church at Agona Mensakrom needs strengthening in membership, commitment and understanding of responsibilities to the kingdom business, leadership coordination among others.

We shall continue with our mission work to Agona Odoben, Nankese, Oduom, Nkum, and Ahamadonko. We are, therefore, encourage all brethren, leaders and preachers to join us in this exercise to share together the blessings of our Lord in Discipling others.
