Brother Charles had reported the following:
”With many other words he warned them; and he pleaded with them, “Save yourselves from this corrupt generation.” Those who accepted his message were baptized...” (Acts 2:40-41, NIV).
FINAL REPORT FROM THE YEJI & PRANG AREA
By God’s grace, our 2 weeks work at the Yeji and Prang area has been successful. We worked with Brother Charles and the 4 Fields Discipleship Team at the Yeji area. We had gospel campaigns at Kojo Boffuor and Yeji at the Yeji District of the Bono East area. The 4 Fields Discipleship Training team started the training in the morning, joined us with the House - to - House before the campaign in the evening. We had 10 people put on Christ in baptism in the area.
After inaugurating the new church building at Yeji, on Sunday July 7, we moved to Prang, a nearby community to work with Brother Peter Mensah, the preacher for Prang. After spending few days with him, we traveled to Komfokrom, where he had plans of establishing a new congregation. The 4 days campaign in the area helped us to plant the new church at Komfokrom with 7 baptisms. There were many prospects both at Yeji and Komfokrom who have promised to baptize later. We’re praying for more souls even after we have left. There were 17 baptisms on this trip by God’s grace.
The highlight of the campaign was a physically challenged lady who beat all the odds to be carried by the preacher and others for the baptism. The Team are yet to travel back to Accra and prepare for another trip in the Central Region by God’s grace. Please keep praying for the team as always.
