GHANA GOSPEL CHARIOT MISSIONS WITH THE 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP AND CHURCH MULTIPLICATION TRAINING TEAMS REPORT

APPRECIATION FROM THE BONO & AHAFO REGIONS OF GHANA

The team worked for close to 3 months in the Bono and Ahafo Regions of Ghana from January to March, 2024 after a week stop over at Konongo to introduce the work.

We are happy to support with gospel campaigns among the Churches of Christ with the Gospel Chariot truck, not demanding any appreciation whatsoever. However, it was heart warming when we received this note of appreciation from the organizers of the campaign:

Appreciation to Gospel Chariot Mission Management and staff for granting our request by sending the Chariot and it's dedicated staff to help us preach and plant new churches in our area.

In all, we preached in twenty two (22) communities in the Asante Akyem central (Konongo) and then Ahafo, Bono and Bono East regions of Ghana.

We preached first in Konongo for one week in three different areas. (Konongo Freetown, Ssnit area and Abosomtweagya) the team also worshiped with the above congregations before departing to Hwidiem in the Ahafo Region.

We preached in Hwidiem, Osei krom, Apramade, Nkaseim, Dadiesoaba and Twabidi Basoa all in Asunafo south District in Ahafo Region. We then moved to Kenyasi no. 1 in Asunafo North we spent four days, interestingly one sub chief came to the preaching point till we ended after 10pm.

Afterwards the team moved to Sunyani the Bono regional capital, together with Sunyani area churches and Bear Valley International Bible Institute, Sunyani campus we preached for a week and planted a church at Dr Berko, a suburb of Sunyani.

We later moved to Berekum Koraso for another one week for church planting. After Koraso we moved to Jaman south District, we first preached in Babianeha and Japeikrom we worshiped with them and moved to Chiraa in Sunyani west municipal, off Techiman road. From Chiraa we moved to Nsawkaw and ended Bono regional campaign at Wenchi Akrobi.

The team moved to Techiman municipality, we started from Hansua, we continued at Site and ended in Abourso. We ended the campaign in Nkoranza where we preached in three areas and planted a church.

In all we planted three (3) churches, baptized Forty five (45), we restored Fifty (50) backsliders. Reconciled Two congregations - Dadiesoaba central and Twabidi Road church. We couldn’t have done all of these without your help, we are so grateful!

REQUEST

The three Brong Ahafo regions have many towns and villages. We couldn't cover even one third of it. We wish to host the Chariot once again to spread the gospel if you will give us the opportunity please.

We once again thank Gospel Chariot Mission Management and staff, more especially Brother David Osei who lost his father whiles on mission but pretended as if nothing had happened. We also appreciate the effort of Daniel and Ernest.
