GHANA TOGO 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP AND CHURCH MULTIPLICATION TRAINING TEAMS' REPORT ON COTÈ D’IVOIRE - MAY 13 - 17, 2024

Brother DeGraft had reported the following:

”And I heard the voice of the Lord saying, "Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?". Then I said, Here I am! Send me” (Isaiah 6:8).

A team from Accra led by the hard working Bro Solomon Mireku, included Paul and Eric (Ghana ) and Edem Doussu from (Togo ) to Abidjan, La Cote D'Ivoire for a wonderful training session and to strengthen and sharpen the skills of few Timothys in training.

Edem was brought into the picture by the West African Coordinator himself, Bro Charles Odoi, who trained with him in Northern Togo. Seeing the potential in him as well as being bi-lingual, he decided to mentor him more and prepare him for the continent. However, Bro Charles himself couldn’t join the trip due to his son’s illness. Edem was so effective to the team. We all agree that it was worth bringing him all the way from Togo to join us for this trip.

Since we had trained most of the participants last year, we allowed them to go through practice, observed and made the necessary corrections and added new ways of effective presentation of the tools. Great emphasis was laid on Home Bible Discovery (Sword Method) - 3Gs or 3/3. We also emphasized the need for each of them to have Timothys and new trainees.

At the end of the training, the new participants expressed their love for the tools, especially, Jesus'Story in 3 Circles, Relational Map, 4-1-1, Finding Your Timothy, APEST, Global Vision, My Story and 3Gs (which was practiced by all trainers).

Timothys in Cotè D’Ivoire were refreshed by the visit, the training and practice sessions. At the end of the session, most were happy to identify some short comings in their understanding and use of the tools. They expressed their joy for being refreshed to take up the mantle in Cotè D’Ivoire ().

The training was also very timely because the Gospel Chariot was there in the country for a one-month evangelism work in various cities. A special mention must be made of Bro Max who also speaks English and French for his great assistance, Bro Roger who led the organization of the training and helping to coordinate the activities of the Gospel Chariot around the country.

Thank God for all who are involved and the continuous expansion of the Kingdom through the collective effort of the 4 Fields Discipleship Multiplication across the globe .
