GHANA TOGO 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP MULTIPLICATION TRAINING TEAMS REPORT

Praise God , Brother Charles had reported the following:

BRIEF REPORT FROM THE GHANA SATURDAY NEW TRAINEES VIA ZOOM - FEBRUARY 03, 2024

The host Charles Odoi opened the meeting at 6:07pm, when he invited Bro Dominic Amponsah for the opening prayer. Since many of the scheduled trainers had traveled for funeral, we used the people available, most of whom were still under training.

*GATHER*.

This section was divided into Mutual time, Lesson Recap and cast vision. The mutual section was led by Bro Emmanuel Danful who invited participants to share their emotions. After the sharing, he asked Bro Solomon Mireku to pray for the emotions expressed/shared.

*Recap*

Bro Dominic K of Takoradi and Emmanuel Danful took turns to review the Tools that were trained the previous week. Since the third person to do the GROW part, Bro Charles stepped in to join them to complete the GATHER, GROW, AND GO - 3/3s Method. They were all excellent at it.

*Cast Vision*

Bro Dominic K led this section, using the story of Jonah to encourage us to go on with what God has called us to do.

*GROW*

Bros Lawrence and Solomon took turns to train Tools 8 and 9 - Church Health Circle and Left Hand Guide to a Church Start. Participants were full of admiration as Bro Dominic K volunteered and practiced both Tools beautifully as the Practice in the Go session.

*GO*

*Set Goals*

Bro Charles led this section as the host due to the absence of Bro Martin.

After suggestions and comments of appreciation and encouragement, Bro Charles reminded participants that, as some of them have invited the Team to train Face-to-Face in their communities, the team will only come and help them train their people. This calls for more seriousness on their part. He also said the closing prayer at 7:30pm to bring the training to an end.

*PARTICIPANTS*

In all there were 8 participants who joined the training session.

*Announcement*

It was announced for the information of all participants that, there is an African level of training on going on every Thursday. They could thus register through the link on the platform. They could get others to do same to get trained.

Thank God for all who are involved and the continuous expansion of the Kingdom through the collective effort of the 4 Fields Discipleship Multiplication across the globe .
