KENYA 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP MULTIPLICATION WEEKLY UPDATE: GCM KAKUMA REFUGEE CAMP & KALOBEYEI REFUGEE SETTLEMENT

Greetings!

We glorify God for the protection and directions he has been offering to our brothers and sisters in Kakuma Refugee Camp and Kalobeyei Refugee Settlement. They have been in insecurity for a couple of weeks, and they had no opportunity to move to their respective places of worship. The pride of humans can hurt others, but it lasts for very short periods of time. The UNHCR and the government of Kenya brought down the pride of those who caused insecurity, and for now, people are slowly returning to their respective places in both camps.

Kalobeyei Refugee Settlement has already restarted the spread of the gospel, and some of their congregations and groups worshipped on Sunday, July 7, 2024. In the same vein, some Kakuma Refugee Camp groups and congregations gathered for worship on Sunday, but most of them are still far away from their respective places. We hope God will bring durable solutions to refugee daily challenges and give them a chance to continue worship and sharing the gospel as always.
