UGANDA 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP MULTIPLICATION WITH EMPHASIS ON SWORD METHOD DISCOVERY BIBLE STUDY AT KIVULE CHURCH OF CHRIST- NAMUTUMBA DISTRICT

Brother Duncan had reported the following:

We are grateful for the Lord’s work here at Kivule Church. This congregation was planted through the efforts of Gospel Chariot Missions in partnership with Kibo Group Uganda six years ago.

It has been has been two years since I last made a follow up visit. Today, I am thrilled by the growth and progress that I have seen.

Ivan the Principal Busoga Bible School and I made a follow -up visit with an objective of training them how to do Bible study using this great tool of discipleship - Sword Method Discovery Bible Study. We discovered from John 1:1-18, what an amazing text. The church has discovered a lot from this scripture.

God is the creator off all things, He blesses us with Grace and truth. He is the light of the world and His light shines even in darkness. They also learned that people denied God and some are still denying Him todate. They haven’t received Him- but those that received Him, He made them His children. We must witness for Christ just as John did.

The congregation enjoyed the methodology of the Sword. They have promised to adopt it in their discipleship efforts. They didn’t have any Bible study program in their church schedule. We have encouraged them to study the word of God. I have pledged to help them with a blackbord, boxes of chalk and duster to be used in their Bible study efforts.
