Simon Maanda and Isabirye Godfrey have reported the following from the harvest field in Karamoja.

Lopwatagete Church of christ with the Chariot. The master said "the harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few". You can never understand it until you have been in the harvest field. Lopwatagete is one of those places in Karamoja that are facing the problem of insecurity. Soldiers are deployed everywhere to ensure the safety of the people and their property. We also hired two armed soldiers to ensure that we are safe and the Chariot is safe too. Due to insecurity, they live together in barracks of homes called "manyata". Visiting one manyata, is as if you have visited over 10 families/homes. However, the Gospel Chariot/ Gospel Share Missions has been able to enter into the land, we have preached, trained in the tent and in their manyatas/ homes, and they have reproduced. They have believed, repented and about 94 people have been baptised by brother Alex Apuun the area preacher and evangelist. Just see the queue of the new converts, queuing for baptism. We thank God for the work being done here. The church has a membership of 120, now more 94 have been added. They cannot fit in their church building that was built by brother Duncan and team. We have encouraged them to start two other congregations in this village. Thank you GCM and GSM and all involved. Keep us in prayers as we drive to another congregation.

Praise God the the 94 people added to the church. You brothers are really on fire to serve the Lord and it is so encouraging. Keep it up for Jesus! Thank You Lord and thank you all involved .
