The village is called Nakuri, the name of the church is Nakuri church of christ. This congregation is two (2) years old, it was planted by students of Karamoja Bible and Vocational School under the oversight of brother Duncan Ojiambo.

This congregation doesn't have a church building, which is a problem during rainy season and this season which is windy and too hot, but because of the thirst for the truth and Bible Church, these challenges don't seem to be too BIG when you look at the number of people who are part of this congregation. The congregation has a membership of 83 baptized members.

Those who have attended the training and Gospel meeting are 145 registered. But the number of people who attended went far beyond that.

Those who came for the open air and movie you can't even count. This church is standing in power though without a church building. We were welcomed under the shade of a tree that they use for worship every Sunday.

The tent was pitched to give a shelter. The Gospel has been preached. Yes it has been preached in all places, inside the tent, through open air, manyatas(homes) , on the roadsides, in the market places to mention but a few.

The 4 Fields Training in the tent has been successful as well, and the 3 circles cut people's hearts and the question has been "brothers what shall we do". Just as it was in Acts 2. The 3 Circles has the answer, " believe, repent and be baptized." You do this you'll become a new creature. On hearing this 130 have been baptized. Please pray for the new converts and for the disciples who will Disciple them.

Our sound system has developed some issues, we are taking a break to be able to drive to Moroto Town, in search for the electronic mechanics to fix them before we head to Lira, Lango region.

Amen Brother Duncan, Simon, Godfrey and the Team at large. Praise God for the 130 Lost Souls won to Christ. You brothers have really spread like wildfire and the Harvest has continuously been tantamount. Keep it up for Jesus in training the Saved to winning the Lost. Indeed, the harvest is plenty, so let the trained laborers get into the fields. Thank You Lord and thank you all involved .
