UGANDA WOMEN 4 FIELDS DISCIPLESHIP MULTIPLICATION - MASTERING SWORD METHODS DISCOVERY BIBLE STUDY TRAINING AT BUWOYA C.o.C DAY #1

Brother Duncan had reported the following:

On 21/05/24 Lucy, Maxi and Simon traveled to Buwoya village, Namayingo District to conduct a women 4 fields training with an emphasis on the discovery Bible study using Sword method. Thirty-eight (38) women attended this seminar. Women felt blessed by this training and below are class discussions and testimonies.

Testimonies

Nekesa confessed the hatred she had towards his father and that she was ready to forgive him. Although she tried to stop him from taking alcohol, he could not stop. She got disgusted and swore never to assist his father in any way since this behaviour brought her shame. But after hearing the discussion from the Bible study, she said that she would go back and forgive her father.

In the same line, Nabwire, a committed Christian shared with the class how her unbelieving grandson was secretly planning to blaspheme her pastor. Nabwire could always visit her grandson’s place to share the gospel especially to her grandson’s wife. However, one day her grandson hid in his bedroom thinking that it was only the pastor who had come to his house. It was fortunate that the pastor had come with Nabwire to preach the gospel. When Nabwire heard the ill intension of grandson , she never desired to associate with him. But after today’s Bible study, she discovered that God commands us to forgive each other, she confessed to forgive him.

After hearing the message from the Bible study Acts 16: 16-40, Mary shared that she will truly repent of her short-comings. “At first, I was not true in my Christianity walk, but from now, I will repent and develop a mutual relationship with Christ”, echoed Mary.

Pray for Day 2 to also be spirit filled.

Amen and Praise God sister Lucy, Maxi and Brother Simon for the wonderful work you all doing for the Lord, keep it up for Jesus! Thank You Lord and thank you all involved .
