Zambia for Jesus!

The 34th National Lectureship was held at Namwianga Mission. The four-day annual lectureship began on Friday and ended on Monday evening. The lectureship is held during Zambia's commemoration of Heroes Day and Unity Day celebrations (July 3 and 4), often known as the Four (4) Days break. The theme for this year’s lectureship was Church Growth: Our Higher Calling.

This year, we had numerous invitations, one of which was this one. We had to split up, so we requested Teddy to represent us at the 34th Namwianga Mission Lectureship, of which he gladly accepted.

Teddy reported the following;

The conference was amazing, the attendance was more than 2000, restorations were more than 48, and baptisms were more than 22. Immediately after worshipping with Mnkhosana, I left for Namwianga Mission 34th Annual Conference. At Namwianga I was given a class of about 55 Church Leaders who are so passionate about evangelism. I did the introduction using the sword method. The participants were very happy to discover (for themselves) what the Bible is teaching them. And we did the relational map, and it was so powerful. At the end, most leaders suggested that we continue training till midnight. All in all, we agreed that individual congregations must write to us so that we can train them. One of the leaders said such lessons must be taught in all the Churches and another group of evangelists is mobilizing themselves to host us. These tools and the way of studying the Bible is amazing.
