Entrenamiento y Grupos de 3/3’s con Bryan González De Paz.
El hermano Bryan comparte lo siguiente:
“Hoy hice la moderación de una reunión de 3 tercios con la congregación, wowwww que experiencia tan maravillosa, que motivación mas hermosa, los hermanos se edificaron, se los digo de todo corazón. En el 3er tercio, en la sección de fijar metas, ante la pregunta de: ¿quién puede reproducir esto, o quien puede comenzar un grupo pequeño? Adivinen que???
Surgió un nuevo grupo pequeño de Crecimiento, que ya había sido visualizado pero que ya el hermano que servirá de facilitador esta dispuesto ha hacerlo. El es un varón que fue Entrenado en el grupo que recién concluimos.
También ha iniciado otro grupo pequeño de Crecimiento de 3 tercios. Fue todo una Bendición. Los hermanos están muy motivados con los grupos pequeños, y se avistan nuevas plantaciones, ya plante el primero, estaré con ellos modelandole, ayudándole, observandolos y luego me voy a repetir el proceso en otros lugares que están deseosos de comenzar grupos pequeños.
Dios nos conceda que se multipliquen los líderes, es mi oración, pues la iglesia de Cristo del 27 de Noviembre lo necesita, sigan orando por nosotros”
Excelente Bryan! Vas caminando por el N3 y más adelante andarás por el N4 para la Gloria de Dios.
Que Dios te bendiga mientras desarrollas a otros líderes que se multipliquen mientras hacen discípulos que hagan discípulos.

Training and Groups of 3/3's with Bryan González De Paz.
Brother Bryan shares the following:
“Today I moderated a 3-thirds meeting with the congregation, wow! what a wonderful experience, what a beautiful motivation, the brothers built themselves, I tell you with all my heart. In the 3rd third, in the goal setting section, to the question: who can replicate this, or who can start a small group? Guess what???
A new small group emerged, which had already been visualized but already the brother who will serve as facilitator is willing to do so. He was Trained in the group we just concluded.
He has also started another small 3 Thirds. It was all a Blessing. The brothers are very motivated with the small groups, and new plantations are sighted, once I plant the first one, I will be with them modeling it, assisting, observing and then I will repeat the process in other places that are willing to start small groups.
God grant us that the leaders multiply, it is my prayer, because the church of Christ of November 27 needs it, continue praying for us "
Excellent Brian! You are walking along the N3 and later you will walk along the N4 for the Glory of God.
