Los lideres de esta congregación apartaron estos días para ser entrenados con las herramientas.
Fueron 4 días de entrenamiento y estan muy entusiasmados por implementar este entrenamiento en la congregación.
Se formó un equipo de 8 lideres y con la guía de Fernando Toledo han trazado un plan de trabajo:
Estos 8 lideres se reunirán por Zoom con Fernando para que entre ellos mismos practiquen entrenando las herramientas los tres primeros jueves de enero 2022 por zoom.
Luego en Febrero Fernando volverá a viajar hacia allá para volver a tener de nuevo el entrenamiento, pero con los lideres entrenando a la Iglesia y Fernando solo observando y haciendo ajustes.
Al terminar el segundo entrenamiento, los lideres empezaran a formar grupos pequeños con las familias de la iglesia para que todos vayan siendo entrenados y empezar a formar grupos de 3/3’s en la comunidad.
Y mas adelante con la ayuda de Dios, los grupos de 3/3’s empiecen a multiplicarse conforme se vayan desarrollando lideres que se multipliquen
La Iglesia en Arlington se esta preparando para la multiplicación ¡para la Gloria de Dios!

The leaders of this congregation set aside these days to be trained with the tools.
It was 4 days of training and they are very excited to implement this training in the congregation.
A team of 8 leaders was formed and with the guidance of Fernando Toledo they have drawn up a work plan:
These 8 leaders will meet by Zoom with Fernando so that among themselves they can practice training the tools the first three Thursdays of January 2022 by Zoom.
Then in February Fernando will travel there again to have the training again, but with the leaders training the Church and Fernando just observing and making adjustments.
At the end of the second training, the leaders will begin to form small groups with the families of the church so that everyone can be trained and begin part of 3/3's groups in the community.
And later, with the help of God, the 3/3's groups begin to multiply as more leaders develop.
The Church in Arlington is preparing for multiplication for the Glory of God!
